To Walk
by C. J. Clark

To Walk and examine all of God's creatures.
To walk and see all of God's wonders.
To be able to do this everyday
would surely be wonderful and kind;
especially if God were walking with me.

To walk with God,
on His Paths around the world;
silently taking in the air
and viewing the sights
even on paths once tread before
for even in an old city
there are new sights to see
and new experiences to behold.

To walk and use one's legs before they give out
due to age or illness;
may I walk with God someday.
