They can't be seen or heard
But I know that they are there.
Angels stay close by me.
They are everywhere.

In every task that I may do,
Every journey that I make,
Angels stay close by me
To guide each step I take.

No matter how hard that things may be
Or how tiresome life can get,
An angel will always lift me up
To free me from this upset.

When the days are long and hard
And I lose the strength to fight,
Angels stay close by me
To lead me to the Light.
