I've Prayed For You

I've prayed for you while on my back I lay,

Because you're so special (just so pleasant and gay).

And because I love you, I'll continue to pray;

To see you through hard times (giving you joy, what may),

Making your path brighter along life's stony way ...

That when the Lord comes - He'll be able to say,

"You're a faithful servant," and reward you that day.
