When I look at my father so mighty and strong;
in his eyes I see that I can do no wrong.
When I ask for his forgiveness he's quick to forget;
and he lets me know that I have nothing to regret.
All is that he asks for is my love;
and prayers that are sent on wings of a dove.
When I look in the mirror I pray that I'll see;
a glimpse of my father inside of me.
My father in heaven is second to none;
but my father on earth he is the one.
He taught me and showed me the ways of the Lord;
he prays in the spirit with the word as his sword.
I know that my father is set free from sin;
because of the father who dwells in him.
I pray that I'll be all I'm supposed to be;
with the help of my father inside of me.
