I saw angels walk untiringly on the bridge to eternity,
And left a pair of wings, by the road, for me.
Now, that left me wondering why they, upon earthly loam
Had me listening to their explanation, 'The Lord's coming Home!'
You see, I've traveled many roads, meeting trials, and errors
One that got me the most, were my fears and terrors
Something, along those years, I didn't think I'd ever get over them,
For all I heard in my mind was,'The Lord's coming Home!'
Now my youth has traveled far, and near, for my heart, my soul
Had to pray to my Lord, who'd make me feel, again, whole
So I decided to bury my fears, and terrors by death's doors
And heard the angels sing,'Walk with the Lord, on Heaven's shores!'
