God no matter now what I must endure in my life
Give me the guidance to take it all in strife
Let me give thanks to you when I pray
Even if it has been a hard day
When I worry and feel like I can not cope
Let me keep my faith in you, know there is hope
Let me start and end my day with a smile and laugh
As I walk down this winding path
With family and good friends who help me
Hold my head up high
If things are meant to be
Let me count the many blessing I do have before I die
Let them know that it really touches my heart, and soul
With all the kindness and love they show
